DID Call Waiting?

Cut over to PRI, went smooth. (MICS 6.1, NAM II 4.1 etc)

The subtle differences are now major issues.
They added DID's. One per person.

They are used to calls from the Operator,
I guess Camped on, a liitle beep and ICM flashes.

They want the same thing when someone rings in on their DID.
Now it just keeps ringing. (a little loud?)
Setting the VOL. Bar didn't change it.

Would F*80 affect this?. . . an Off-Hook Ring
or just affect On-hook?
I'll have to try.

Phones are Set for 1 appearance, second call rings ICM button.
Are they stuck with the constant ring?
I told him......You NEED something,

Can you "reject" a call? Like hit DND and affect the ringing call when you are on another call

That is how the DID works. You could do foward busy to VM.

I believe you would have to put the call on DND prior to a call ringing in you cannot push the DND when the calls is
ringing in.
