Did anyone experience firewall problem?

Hi,

We are using CE8.5 with web connector locates in Application server and CE locates in a report server. It has been working well all the time till the web connector was moved into DMZ. It can't find WCS anymore. The error is communication error. Did anyone have the same issue before and how to solve it?
