I have a customer who insists on having DID access to the overhead paging system. I've told them its not a good idea!
They use access code "60" to overhead page via the PA system through the OPT 11C universal trunk card.
I have set up a DID access ACDN. I programmed the NCFW pointed to the "60", It works internally, however all DID calls to the ACDN are going to the operator. I have turned on "CFTA" in the RDR data block in LD 15.
Is there some place I need to to allow DID calls access to a paging trunk access code?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

TRY SETTING UP THE DID IN THE IDC TABLE AND POINT IT TO 60

PerryPJ, Thanks for the suggestion, It still doesn't work. Got any other Ideas? Maybe I havn't set up the IDC correctly? Should I take out the ACD when doing the IDC table. Also a little hazy on the call tree part. Thanks again

Probably it is a trunk to trunk connection that is causing the problem. What type paging route are you using? Post the number for the DID and we can show the customer what type of problem they can run into. Just joking

I'm not sure what you mean by paging route type? Here's the printout of the paging RDB..Any help at all is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Hairball

Try this, it just worked for me.
Dump the ACD and build a 500 set and call forward it to the access code. Make sure it has a high TGAR and low NCOS. Also a cls of CFXA.
