Did 53xx Screensaver Bug Ever Get Fixed?

Did the bug between the 53xx screensaver application and the VM Msg Waiting lamp ever get fixed?

To review, if you created a corporate LOGO in the screensaver app and deployed it, a preexisting message waiting lamp would extinguish whenever the screensaver timed out and blanked the display

Dupe scenario:
-5340 instrument (may affect others, tested w/5340)
-HTML screensaver app added to display corporate logo
-Screensaver status = false (not blanked)
-MWI lamp = true (on)
-Screensaver times out & blanks the display
-MWI lamps, including keyline MWI are blanked as well (!)
-Wake the phone w/the "HOME" key
-Keyline MWI now flashes OK, but native MWI lamps still don't display
-Lift the handset
-Now flashing MWI displays properly

Did this ever get fixed?

Did not see it on 9.0 and 9.0UR1
So probably it is fixed

I never saw it even acknowledged as a known issue in any of the previous KPIs, hence my reason for asking. I've learned never to "assume" anything regarding Mitel software, especially when it comes to anomalies on the display sets.

Assuming things is the biggest trouble maker
I never saw it happen but that ofcourse does not mean it isn't there somewhere
