After restore the data from my client's company to my computer at home. when open one of the forms, an error msg pops up says
"Cannot access this form because the dictionary containing it is not loaded"
Look in the Dynamics.set file. Most likely the paths in that file are not the same as the path where you restored to at home. Right click and edit the file to update the paths. You might also want to edit the paths in the Dex.ini file.
I would say that your customer has some 3rd party products which use alternate windows loaded. So their security is pointing to the alternate window in the 3rd party dictionary.
If you don't have that dictionary loaded you will get the error you are seeing.
To replicate your customer's install you must replicate their data AND their application configuration including 3rd party products and customisations.
