Hi Guys,

I recently installed a Diavox Voicemail Server (TCP/IP Integration) but I seem to be getting this error/alarm when the PBX wants to connect to the Voicemail Server.

345 2 1 INFORMATION COMPUTER, FAULTY COMMUNICATION CHANNEL

Also, I cant see anything on the server side about a connection from the NIU... Moving a step ahead, how do I go about configuring MWL on the PBX? Thanks and any help is appreciated.
