Diaplay names and Queues on a 20 series phones

I have two incomming numbers going into the same queue with a different priority.

I want to be able to display the name differently on the terminal to show which number has been called with the correct priority.

I have tried using Assisted Transfer but this just confused the staff as this call is presented with an internal ring.

I have tried pointing at two different Queues but this just caused the priorites not to work as expected.

Being a old index user I could simply change this using the Pilot number but cannot see any way to do this within IPO without upsetting my priorities or giving the group a generic name.

Create two entries in the phonebook with the DDI numbers and the names you prefer that should do the job.

I have just had the chance to try this. Set two Entries in the Directory with the name of the department and DDI in the number field and merged the config. The Name on the display is still getting presented as "CLI>Group Name" not "CLI>Directory Name".

Anyone got any ideas?
