Diaolg Box Sizes

I always try to re-size my dialog boxes to be large enough that I dont have to contantly use the scrolls on the side and bottom of the dialog. But some dialog boxes do not have the option of re-sizing. Is there a setting I can change to always allow dialog sizing?

Depending on the program which created this message/dialog box the resize option might just not be available.
If so the only option that might be available would be changing the actual Display Resolution of your Desktop to increase its size.

I wouldn't know where to start looking in the Registry to see if there are any options available in there but playing with this program might give you a few clues as to positioning and sizing windows.
