DIAMOND MULTIMEDIA FUSION 16MB AGP or Diamond Stealth III S540 AGP?

Hi; I have a Diamond Stealth III S540 AGP and I bought an used DIAMOND MULTIMEDIA FUSION 16MB AGP (it was very cheap).
I found info about my video card but not about the diamond video card.
I do not really know the differences.
My question is which one is better to install in my pc win 98se pentium3, 800mhz, 256mb?

One based on the S3 Savage 4 chipset, the other on the Voodoo Banshee, both very old low performing chipsets it's hard to know which.
I would install one at a time and carry out a 3D benchmark 2000 test ti see which one performs best. Martin
