Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone knows is there some way to identify the dial-up modem line DID from the G3R internal modem using a network connection and ASA? It seems like this should be possible, or maybe it's just my wishful thinking.

We have a third party vendor who does not have network access, and the dial-up modem number has long since been lost. If I was on site I would probably just throw a biscuit jack and a butt set on it and dial the ANAC, but unfortunately I'm across the country.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I suppose you could set up inads alarming to dial your cell and tell it to make a test call. Just pray the modem isn't off an analog station port on an extension on the PBX and not a true business line.
