Dialup connections between Cisco Router and XP (PPP)

Hello @all,
i have a problem with a cisco Dialon Demand configuration.

our customer have some watertank to controll. on the centralside we have an Cisco 2821 Router with 1 PRI Interface. at the Watertanks are win/nt or win/xp workstation installed. So the PC´s on the tankside have make connection´s the the Centrallside for send Controllinformation´s . The Centralside make connection to the tank for sending command to the tanks.

Ok now my problem. The NT workstations are working fine.
The XP Workstations can send her Controllinformation to the centralside, but i cant build a connection from the cisco to the tanks with XP workstation. PPP authention failed.
In the Systemprotokoll of the workstation´s are entrys "user xxx not autheticated timout authentication
this is a sample confiuration of a Dialer interface
