I am getting an error 1069 when I try to connect to Citrix using XP. I've tried a standard connection and worked fine.

Any help would be greatly apprecitated.

Thanks

Does it say anything else other than error 1069? I've never seen that error.

Do you get it after having seen a Citrix login screen, or don't you get that far?

If your standard dial-up works, can you authenticate to an NT/2k server using that and then launch the ICA client?

If not, then maybe your client configuration requires some investigation;

Check the server location field; does using the IP address of the Citrix server work? If not, are you using alternate addressing over a firewall with NAT? Try the alternate address inthe server location field.

Check your clients IP stack - is there an alternative set up for remote networking? CitrixEngineer@yahoo.co.uk

For the time being I need to get this running. I will be running RAS for now and use ICA Client.

Ras is working fine which makes me believe that Citrix is not receiving dialup connetions properly or process the calls. I might have to remove the connection and reinstall it.

Is there a problem running RAS on Citrix? I tried Ras because Citrix would not run. Ras was not installed prior to the problem mentioned.

Thanks again for any for.
