What version software are you running? I am running 1.4(22_15). I have had trouble with lines dropping off, dialing the wrong number(I placed a digit grabber in series to verify,) and issues with digits not breaking the auto attendant in a menu action. I found out after many hours with Avaya Tier 3/4 that you cannot set voice mail recording level any higher than low. This is not a very well known issue and only a few people know about it. I had all of my lines set to either mdium or high on multiple systems and all them had intermitent issues or just didn't work at all. Check that out and see what happens
