ok... listen to yourself... you are using a modem, and connecting to Dialpad...
Modem connections to Dialpad have been compared to cell phones in the early eighties...
shout a little louder, and repeat yourself constantly...
to solve your problem, you would have to get a high speed connection... i have used Dialpad with dialup as well... it is choppy, and cuts in and out...
you will also notice, that it cuts out at the same time the banner ad is changing, thus your bandwidth on that 26400 connection is getting peaked by advertising...
the only thing i could recommend, aside from highspeed connection, is to make sure you are not using a WinModem... WinModems do not have their own processor, and thus use the systems processor, which will slow things down... but i still think it is because you are using a dialup connection... Shane
