Dialogic voice board not recognized by SCO

We want to upgrade our voice mail system. We currently have 3 dialogic voice boards running on a box that carries 10 ISA slots, 1 PCI/ISA slot and 4 PCI slots. The SBC is PIII 333MHz. There are 3 dialogic ISA voice boards. We are running SCO 5.0.6 along with our custom software.
We want to upgrade and built a box that was the same except we upgraded the SBC and added a NIC.
We first reserved the C block of memory (all 64k) for the voice boards. Then we installed SCO and that went as planned as well. We then installed the voice board drivers and that went well. Initially there was a memory conflict with the NIC card as it still sat in the C800 block. But we were able to reserve the D block instead for the voice boards and that took care of the issue.
However, when we boot up, the system looks for the ISA voice board but cannot find it. I am thinking that the issue is somewhere in the BIOS or possibly the backplane. I do not know too much about the backplane and if it needs to be terminated or anything like that.
I know the voice boards work since I actually bring down our current system and test it on the new one and then put it back and it still works on the current one.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated. Our current system seems like it is ready to die.

I can't speak for SCO, but I know that in Windows, you have to use a Dialogic utility in order to "install" the boards. I believe that it simply generates an initialization file that has address, interrupts and board type defined for each board in the system. I would guess that a similar file is required in SCO as well.

I can't recall what the utility is in Windows, it might be UDD, that may just be the diagnostics utility.

Hmm. We installed the Dialogic drivers and that unpacked them into the dialogic directory, I can't recall a utility that actually "installed them"
