Anyone out there with dialogic expertise that could help??
We are running an IVR solution behind the switch. The system is integrated into the switch using a Lineside E1 on the Switch and a DMV600a 2E1 dialogic PCI card in the IVR Server.
When the dialogic services are up the switch ports are busy - when the service is own the ports are fine. I've looped the E1 card and it tested fine.
Any comments would be appreciated.
