Dialog Box instead of Command line option... 1

Hey all......its been such a long time since Ive had to use the command that Ive forgotten it!! the one that when you change the interger you will get a dialog box for say entering attrib values instead of entering the values on the command line....????
IE...when I enter a block with attribs, I get the command line prompt for the value, but I want the dialog box to appear with the prompt....

For example, the command 'FILEDIA', if the value of that is '0' then when you type saveas you dont get a saveas dialog box, and the command is processed through the command line...
Anyone know what Im talking about?!?!?!?! Jay~
