Dialog Box help?? Display in alternate window??

From a macro I need to be able to display a message in a pop up window other than a message box. I would like more than one option for buttons, or for the button not to be defaulted so that the user cannot press enter and get rid of the message box without some interaction. I was thinking a dialog box, but I'm confused... is it possible with a dialog box? If so .. can I get a quick sample of it in a macro?? I've been playing with it but as of yet have been unsuccessful in getting a dialog box to work in a macro.
