dialog 5446 firmware

I have dialog 5446 phones with firmware P1C10, I need to upgrade it to the latest firmware provided by Mitel.

I read in another thread that I have to upgrade it to firmware version R1F and then to R2K. I can't find these releases any ware. besides, what is the flag that need to be set in the phone via ssh and how? can anybody help?
