exactly I want to remove ODN from key 09,10,11.

You cannot do this.
You can delete this keyset by KSEXEIR=26014; but the 3 ODNs on the Ericsson / Astra phnoes cannot be deleted.

Does this phone ring when 2 caller ring simultaneously?

I tried here in my system Dialog 4225, there is nothing wrong. when the first call is on, second caller gets busy tone.

may be i have programmed ODN2 in one of the keys(14) on that phone. Did you try that way?

program a ODN2 key?

in my system, dialog 4225 is on call on L1, and may be the second call on L2, and can switch to L1, L2.
I not have programmed ODN2.
right now I call on L1,I want the second call they receive (L2), a subscriber to receive busy tone.

the problem you are telling is only for external incoming calls.
if both the callers are inside extns, the second will get busy tone, (only if there is no ODN2 key programmed and is ON). but if the second caller is external caller, even the phone is busy with other call, it will ring on the phone 4225.

one way to solve this prob is:
program PELPI and use BSYCHO to another extn.

PELPI:DIR=4225,ANSPOS=4225,LIST=1,CHO=1,TIME=15,BSYCHO=2;
