Dialog 4224 and EXG SERV

Can I turn off indication of EXG SERV on Dialog 4224? I tryed to turn off alarm indication(PARNUM=174), but EXG SERV is still there. How can I restart that phone by pressing multiple keys? What is the combination?

If I send this command, ALEIE:BPOS=1-0-62,ALI=1; how can I return situation like before? What command is to turn it on again?
