Hi,

I really hope someone can help me.

I have an IP500. An extension is assigned a phone number in incoming call route (lets say 01234 567890). When I call out from this extension, the receiver will see this number. However sometimes when i dial out the receiver will see the ISDN30 phone number (lets say 01987 654320). This number cannot be called.

Why is this? What have I set wrong?

Please help.

Thanking in anticipation.

Gary

Are there any line appearances on the telephone set that the user may be pressing directly to get dial tone and bypassing the ARS?

How are you dialing out each time? 9 + the telephone number?

Did you specify any outgoing Caller ID for that individual telephone OR is the Telco providing the outgoing Caller ID?

Have you got more than one ISDN bearer???? Are you using any LCR????

Football is not a matter of life and death-It is far more important!!!!

How many trunks you have? Do have have Incoming call routes setup properly? any LCR in place and over-flows? run SSA and see which trunk you using

Mitel, Avaya, NEC, INDEX

Hi,

Code:
ISDN30 phone number (lets say 01987 654320). This number cannot be called.

You need to terminate this number (ICR) to certain extn or AA.
