Dialling out access denied

I have a customer with an IPLDK on version UK66P-3.8Ap MAR/08

one of the Digital extns when trying to dial out you get the message Access Deny. i have tried the following but error message still flags

1. canel fwds/DND - 559
2. check station COS and it is set to 1 in Day night and weekend
3. checked extn has a loop key programmed.

Any help would be much appreciated.

 
maybe user locked by authorisation code. go to system attandant TRANS/PGM + 022 + EXT#EXT + SAVE

some people forget or lock by mistake.

Or the station has a Class Of Service set to deny calls.
This can be found in PGM 116, if you have system programming access.

I have had this before i ended up deleting the extn number in pgm 105 re add the extn then system reset in pgm 450 , cured the issue.
