Dialling Into Conference Bridge Using Avaya B159

I have this peculiar problem dialling into a conference bridge using the B159.
Currently, I have an analogue GSM Gateway fitted with a SIM Card. When I dial the Conf number, that goes through and asks me to enter the PIN.

The thing is that the phone never picks the digits.
Tried several times but the IVR just keeps repeating "Enter PIN."

I want to know if the phone probably requires another channel to enter PIN.
Tried altering the Flash Time (60MS - 600MS).
