Dialling from Outlook using TAPI Driver not working 1

We have an IP406 where approx. 20 users, dial out from their Contacts in Outlook. 12 work, and 8 do not. They are all Windows XP, running Outlook 2000. The ones that do not work, have the Tapi driver installed and the configuration is correct when you go into Phone and modems. But when you select a contact and go into the dialling options, the Avaya Tapi driver isnt there. What puzzles me, is on the other machines it is ok. I have tried re-installing the S/W a number of times, but to no avail.

Has anyone any idea's

I had the same problem - to over come this do the following.
Close outlook, go into the phone and modem setting remove IP offie tapi, add IP office tapi this should be in the list, once it back, go into outlook, IP Office tapi should not be there.
