We have an IP406 where approx. 20 users, dial out from their Contacts in Outlook. 12 work, and 8 do not. They are all Windows XP, running Outlook 2000. The ones that do not work, have the Tapi driver installed and the configuration is correct when you go into Phone and modems. But when you select a contact and go into the dialling options, the Avaya Tapi driver isnt there. What puzzles me, is on the other machines it is ok. I have tried re-installing the S/W a number of times, but to no avail.
