Dialling from Notes using TAPI drivers

I am an Avaya IP Office telephone engineer. I am looking for some sort of middleware to allow a couple of our customers to use the contacts list within Notes to dial out through the phone. They have TAPI drivers on these PC's to interact with the phone system. Can Notes do this??

Outlook has a dial option when you right click a contact.

PLEASE HELP!!

I have now read somewhere that Lotus Notes is compatible with our TAPI drivers but I cannot find any options to get this to work or how to use them.

Anybody got any clues??
