Hi

MIVB release 9 and so is MiCollab

I cant get the softphone to dial a FAC. COS is OK, tried ARS, System SC, created SC on softphone.

I have a site with softphones only and they want to manually forward a ring group to a OOH service as and when

CFFM 3rd party FAC, then the RG then the speedcall. Works fine form a test IP phone.

any help appreciated

what are the exact digits that need to be dialled

if they are shorter than the ext length then put - in front of it

basically anything less than the ICP digit length will be prefixed with an access code
in micollab if you dial -*8 it wont prefix but will just send *8 to the MIVB
If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

if they are longer then its most likely a cos setting for the softphone extension

Hi
FAC is *77
RG is 331123
SC is 1556

so full digit string is *773311231556

my PBX digits are 6

sorry must have had a hard day

i got that completely ass about face

if they are LONGER than the ext length then put - in front of it

basically anything LONGER than the ICP digit length will be prefixed with an access code

in micollab if you dial -*773311231556 it wont prefix but will just send *773311231556 to the MIVB
