Dialling 10 digit numbers

Hello all,

Has anyone had an issue with dialling 10 digit numbers?
We have a system on R11.0 with the SC 0XXXXXXXXXXN on other systems this code works fine for 10 or 11 digit numbers.
For some reason the system just hangs and doesnt try and match a 10 digit call.
The dial delay is set to 6s.

My work around was to get the customer to dial a prefix but they would like to ideally not use one.

Has anyone else come across this?

IP Office should allow dialing up to 25 digit, I wonder why you don't set is just as ?/dial/./id line or N;/dial/N/id line, it's a open lenght dialling
