Can someone tell me the commands to take, to change where Zero goes?

Right now, it goes to ext. 111. I want to change it to go to 100.

I tried this command "cha sub 111" and looked at this user and do not see where it is set to go to zero.

Thanks,

Better description needed

hardware platform? Definity / CM software version?
Definity Audix, Intuity Audix?
How is 0 defined in the dialplan now?
What programming sends 0 calls to 111?
What are you using when you dial 0? Zero out of someone's voicemail?

By your description, you are looking in Audix programming.

You can start as many threads as you want with the same question, but unless you answer the questions, nobody can help you.

Sorry, I thought it was another board. My apologies. I just saw your post in the other thread, "What programming sends 0 to 111" and I am afraid I do not know enough about this system to answer that question. I suspect if I knew that answer I would know how to fix it.

I see your other thread here and you have a Merlin Legend.
TouchToneTommy will help you with this. He is very good with the Merlin product line.
