Dialing While there are multiple appearance Calls.

Hi ...

I have IPO Server Edition 11.1, the customer has previously CM 6,
on CM, if the operator has multiple appearances ( a, b, c ), appearance a and bringing and the user don't want to answer it, and the user wants to call an internal or external number, just press the keypad to dial,
on IPO, the user must press the appearance C to dial like on CM dial directly ,
if I use the answer pre-select option, now if the user wants to answer the call it must first press the appearance button before this, and this will not like the CM.
is there a way to achieve this like CM?

Enable „Reserve Last CA“ for the user. Then the user can hit the free CA button and dial the number.
