When dialing over a VOIP line from one BCM50 to another, and then out of a copper line, I have to dial really slow for it to work. If I dial normally it doesn't seem to register. I'm setting this up at the shop, but I doubt if I would be able to convince 300 people at the site to dial like that.

There is no timer or delay you can use. Watch the BCM monitor. Are you using a public route?

Yes, I'm using a public route. What would the BCM monitor show me?

it will show you PRI protocol messages that you can interpret where the call is hanging.

The BCM monitor is showing a digit missing from the call. It seems to be right when the remote BCM Voip line picks up that it skips the digit being dialed.

The problem was the route was set to private and the private DN length was 4. So the Voip line was connecting to the line pool after the 4th digit and missing the 5th digit.
