Dialing over IP

I have a Definity G3 with Avaya 6416D+M telephones. I have a Windows-based application which needs to programmatically dial the phones. I can get the phone number from the application. What do I need in order to pass that number to the switch, have it dial, and route the call back to the phone at the computer that initiated the call?

Any help would be appreciated. I'm very new to this particular phone switch.

Hi,

You don't mention which version of the switch you have but assuming you have that you will need a MAPD in the switch and a Server with CentreVu Telephony installed (T-Server). There are 3rd party solutions but this is the most straightforward.
