I have a GDK-16 System connected to a BT featureline. I now need to dial 9-9 to get an outside line. is there any way i can programme the system to do this automatically ?

Also, is it possible to divert calls from this system to another phone ( monole or landline) when not in the office ?

Sorry, the outgoing prefix (normally 9 in the UK/USA, but 0 in the rest of the EU) is hard coded. You will find out if you reset the database of your GDK-16.
If you want to divert calls you need 2 CO lines (out side lines).
If you press 54 for diversion, you can choose to divert your calls to a speed dialling number.
The speed dialling number must be "created" before...
