Dialing offnet from IVR/VMpro

Hi

Whats the best possible way to make calls from VMPro to an outside line that is then sent back to the extension that invoked the IVR?

Say I set up a shortcode *77 which invokes an IVR that then dials an outside/offnet number. Is it possible to have this call ring on the extension that invoked the IVR?
