Hi,

When a call is received and delivered to a Station , the number displayed (ie the dialing number) has had a 1 inserted after the initial 0 .

for Example : 0208 123 4678 is displayed 01208 123 4678

Anybody got any idea's ? I cant make my mind up if its the Switch or my provider.

Thanks in Advance !
Stu

Do a "list trunk" and see if your trunk is named "1", I'll bet that's what it is.
You can change the name of the trunk by doing a "change trunk x"

If thats not it, check the national and international CPN prefix in the system parameters features form.
This is normally used to put in the stripped leading 0' s on the CLI for the 'callback' feature
