Has anybody found a way to dial just an "8" to access a different pool of lines instead of "802". They want to dial a "9" to dial from one OPX line and an "8" to dial from another OPX line. I am trying to possibly build a routing plan (like Nortel) that if you press "8", it will automatically dial "02" after. Thanks.

You should be able to do this in Quick Dial. You would have to delete 8 from the features numbering plan, then go to Quick Dial, make 8 dial 802.

Thanks for your reply 94astro. I changed the Trunk Group Access from 8 to blank (2,6,1, Features Tab) and then added 8 to dial 802 (2,6,1,2). I made all the lines Trunk Group Number 2 for testing purposes (10,1) and I am getting a reorder tone.

if you delete 8 as pickup trunk group then getting 8 to dial 802 will get a reorder tone.

if you enter #8 as the trunk access code, you can then get 8 to dial #802 which will pick up trunk group 2

You guys are outstanding! I really appreciate your time and efforts, works like a champ!
