Dialing issue

I have a customer that is asking for more time to dial numbers before the system times out, Apparantly they are geriatric there and they dial the 9, and before they can finish hitting the rest of the digits they are being timed out.

Can I adjust the amount of time before it times out?

On Bcm 4.0 go under configuration-telephony-dialing plan-general, you'll see the option for "dialing timeout".
