Dialing into VM from outside call 1

I have a Partner 7.0 Avaya system and using the 34D button phone. Is it possible to dial from an outside line into our your own extension and get access is to voice mail.

If so, how?

Do you have a full time auto attendant or do you have a personal line or DID?

Yes, it is possible. When your Auto attendant greeting answers, press *7. This will then prompt you to enter extension & password.
