Dialing into switch......

I have dialled into one of my off site switches thru hyperterminal and shortly after typing AX 8 hyperterminal crashed and now when I dial in again I cannot type anything. I assume it thinks the other session is still connected - is there a way to force it to close the other session??

dont' forget to enter your seb if you are using one. Hit control r to refresh screen.

Thanks ctrl R helped. But now it is showing me in mail but the text is all screwed and if i try to type it gives an error. How can I return to sl1 prompt?

SEB stands for Site Event Buffer. It's a secure modem made by Teltronics. It requires a password to go through the equipment to different ports. Sounds like you don't have one connected.
