Dialing into Magix/Legend remotely

I was wondering if anyone knew how to dial into a Magix/Legend. I thought that you could call the main operator phone and they could do a transfer *10 transfer and that would transfer you to the system modem. I did that but the modem did not pick up. Can anyone fill me in on this? Thanks.

That should work. When I dial in I always tell whoever transfers to do it this way:

PRESS TRANSFER

DIAL *10

PRESS TRANSFER AGAIN

That should work as itphoneguy specified. If it does not the modem on the processor card neds to be reset (reboot phone switch) or replaced.

Can not use PROCOMM for LEGEND/MAGIX programming....

Only SPM or WIN-SPM

Using WinSPM and I just get a "beep" when I try to get into the administration. Is there anything else that needs to be done? Thanks.
