Dialing into a Merlin Messaging system

Can anyone tell me what software is needed to access and do system admin programming in the Merlin Messaging system?

I have the Winspm software to get into the Legend but I believe different software is needed to access the Messaging module? Correct? Software and instructions of how to remotely dialing would be great. Thanks

Unless you have access to an IP inside the company's firewall, you'll have to use the regular touch tone interface. If you can get to the MMsg IP address, then use "the PC ADmin" Software
