DIALING INTERNATIONAL NOT WORKING ANYMORE

This has happened to two different CS1000, getting hang up and retry. For some reason the switch has decided to strip the 011. Had to change the DMI from 0 to another one in the RLB to DEL NONE INSERT 011. Tech had no reason for the corruption

Check out the event logs in LD 22 under AHST. Also check if you have OTM or TM etc in case someone set a change to take place.

Find out who has been accessing the system and change passwords if needed as it sounds as if a change was made.

The SPN and the RLB had not been changed the DMI for the RLB was DMI 0 which is the default, it's still remains a mystery

I personally have never seen this happen. But I'm also not sure why you are deleting 0 and inserting 011. Is this built as an SPN?

We looked at the channel leaving and saw that the switch had stripped the 011, we don't know why but like i said this has happened to two CS1000. Just a heads up in case someone runs across it

I have had digits striped in routing before and the usual culprit as i said is the prompts at the bottom of NET_DATA
