Our office just got set up with Call Pilot (v. 4). We also use Outlook 2003. I know I can dial a contact by going to Tools, Call Pilot Desktop Messaging, and then contact sender. Here are my questions:
(1) When it dials, I need it to dial 9 to get out, and 1 before any area code. Besides manually changing all of my contacts (which would screw up calling from Good via my Treo), is there a way I can tell Call Pilot to do that automatically?
(2) Is there a way to add contact sender to my right click drop down box or otherwise cut down the number of steps to make a call?
