Dialing from Outlook

Trying to implement dialing from Outlook Address book. Searching cisco.com I found several articles.

- Outlook TSP integration. It supports only 3.x and not supported by TAC. Question is what happens to functionality during the upgrade to 4.x?
Another article was about Personal Directory

Is that the same as TSP integration above? How is it different?

You have to upgrade you TSP client with the one that comes with 4.x.
