We have a Norstar KSU/PRI MICS 5. Handsets are M7310.

I don't know of a way to return a call from the call log. I can scroll through it, write it down, then manually dial the number. Pretty frustrating. Isn't there an easier way?

I don't think so, with a PRI. You'd have to insert the dest code.

Could be wrong. Someone'll slap me down if I am.

I think your right...
On any phone with no lines then use pool or dest code.

Example if you dial Intercom 9 to dial out then:
Press MORE until you see the number in log, press 9, you will see the 9 inserted, press Intercom...call should go out now.
If you know the are code is long distance the press 91 then Intercom.

Not only do you need to insert the 9 also the prefix or area code if dialing long distance it is only do 7 digit dialing so if your area does 10 the add the prefix.
