Dialing frequency problem

We have a 35 station network with Notes & NT4 with a Cisco router through an ISDN line for email and internet.

I am not sure if it is NT Server that is causing this issue however the Cisco router keeps dialing out every 5 minutes-24 hours a day (ISDN line) and the charges are going through the roof!!!

This problem has only started 2 weeks ago, could NT be responsible. We have checked anti-virus schedules, installed software and so on and found nothing.

Please help.
