Dialing Filters

We have here 3 filters configured.
1. Restriction to 1 and 0 ( most stations)
2. No resticcion
3. Restriction to ** (only internal dial)

also we have a System Speed dial, we want to be able that some station configured with restriction 3 ( only internal ) can dial outside using the system speed dial.

There is a prompt when building your speed dial number that says "Bypass restr'n: Hit change so that display changes to "Y". Then when that speed dial number is used, it will get past the restriction.
