Dialing extra digits on a restricted phone

I set up a new ACS 7.0 with a few phones that are not allowed to make outside calls except for using the system speed dial list. There is a problem when trying to enter additional digits once the call has terminate on the other end.

Set up disallow list 1, entry 01, with a wild card. Set up the allowed lists with your allowed numbers. Assign these to the extension, and remove the other restrictions.
