Dialing extension from Company Directory in call pilot 100

Is there any way to have a mailbox chosen from the directory ring said ext. first and then forward to voice mail on set rings if not answered? Thanks in advance for any help.

Yes that is the normal thing to do.
Create mailbox 2XX and associate it(Ext:2XX) with the ext/dn in question.
In phone side admin programming under capabilities forward no answer to the DN of the Callpilot (F985 to see that DN)

Thanks Curlycord but my problem is my customer needs set to ring 1st, but now if I choose and ext. from the directory it goes staight to the mailbox without ringing 1st.

See if Disable DN Dialing under Table X was checked off or set to YES, uncheck or make it = NO depending how you are programming (set or browser)
Do that for Morning, Afternoon and Evening too.
