Dialing Direct using VMPRO

i have an ipoffice with different extensions numbers

1x and 2x extensions

at the voice mail pro in the Menu i have configured 1? route to $dialed string and other 2? route to dialed string
the first step work fine but the second with 2? donst route dialed numbers example 21 to the right extensions it goes to the Main Group can any one tell me Why ?

The destination in VM Pro for the transfer action should be $KEY that will hold the last DTMF series.

Do you also have 1 and 2 set as a digit alng with 2? and 1? ? If so thats you problem
